The objective of the Electronics Devices and Circuits Lab in Electrical Engineering is to provide students with hands-on experience in understanding, analyzing, and designing basic electronic circuits and systems. This lab aims to familiarize students with the operation and characteristics of essential electronic components such as diodes, Zener diodes, transistors (BJTs and FETs), and MOSFETs. The laboratory is well-equipped with a range of trainer kits and instruments for practical experimentation, including an Analog Cathode Ray Oscilloscope (100 MHz), VC 100H Analog Multimeter, VI Characteristics of PN Junction Diode Trainer Board, Trainer Boards for studying the characteristics of Emitter, Common Base, and Common Collector transistor configurations, Digital Multimeter, Digital Storage Oscilloscope (60 MHz and 100 MHz bandwidth), VI Characteristics of Zener Diode Trainer Board, Rectifier and Filter Circuit Trainer Board, Trainer Board for plotting the characteristics of an FET amplifier, and a Soldering and Desoldering Station. These resources enable students to develop practical skills, reinforce theoretical concepts, and build a strong foundation in electronic circuit design and analysis.
